The reason these movies are so effective is because they are so emotionally evocative and leave you feeling like you are right there with the characters. They aren’t about a terrorist or an action hero that is out to hurt people, it’s about a person who is out to stop him. The movie makes you feel like you are right there with him and it makes you want to be a part of the action.
