We correct mistakes openly. Competitive information changes and errors happen; when we get something wrong, we fix it and note what changed.

How to report an error

Email us via the contact page with a link to the article and, where possible, a source. This applies to companies we cover as much as to readers.

How we handle it

Substantive corrections are noted at the foot of the affected article with the date. For a publication built on accuracy, a visible correction is a feature, not an embarrassment.
